Sessions are deeply personal and profound. A session consists of lying down, relaxing and receiving sound. A session lasts about 90 minutes as we talk about what you would like to work on and then the session begins. I play crystal bowls, drums, Tibetan bowls, chimes and I also use my voice to release stagnant energy and inject new light frequencies into the physical and subtle bodies to result in an overall after state of wellbeing and resonance.
Whether in person or online I always record the session so you can listen to it after. Although you will see results at the end of a session, depending on the topic, it is recommended to have a minimum of 3 sessions to experience a sustainable shift in your life.
