My story
Your voice is a sacred vessel, carrying the sound of your soul.
My spiritual journey began at the age of 19 when I was initiated into Paramahansa Yogananda’s Kriya Yoga lineage, a practice that profoundly influenced my path of self-discovery. Multicultural at heart, I grew up in the USA but hold Italian citizenship and have lived in Italy for half my life. Since 2020, I’ve also spent significant time in Mexico, immersing myself in its rich culture and traditions. Being fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, bringing a global perspective to my work.
Sometimes the deepest wounds carry the seeds of the most profound healing.
I wasn’t always the confident woman you see today, singing my heart out. As a young girl, I carried the heavy secret of sexual abuse, which left me wishing I could disappear, much like the Little Mermaid who gave up her voice. The pain of holding this secret for years created deep confusion and challenges around trust, truth, and self-expression.
From the ashes of silence, I found my song.
At 21, I decided to live in Italy away from my family, searching for myself through a series of different identities—from a dedicated live-in girlfriend to a jet-setting fashion professional, and later a party girl trying to escape my pain. Despite having profound spiritual moments and initiations early in life, I lacked the tools and community to truly support my growth. Eventually, burnout brought everything to the surface, forcing me to confront my wounds and embark on my true healing journey.
Crystal bowls are not just instruments—they are vessels of light, singing the language of the soul.
My introduction to the crystalline realm came through advanced crystal therapy studies, where I explored the energetic and healing potential of crystals in depth. These intensive studies opened the door to a profound connection with crystal frequencies. Shortly after, I discovered crystal bowls, and within a week of buying my first set, I had a mystical, heart-opening experience while singing and playing. That moment was a profound awakening—one that illuminated the voice and the crystalline realm as my medicine and my Dharma.
When love sings through the soul, healing becomes inevitable
From there, I immersed myself in voice healing trainings and workshops, discovering that every time I sang, my voice opened further, my truth deepened, and my healing expanded. These studies complemented my deep understanding of the crystalline realm, weaving sound and crystalline frequencies into a cohesive practice.
Since then, I’ve become a certified holistic voice healer and coach, earning credentials in sound healing modalities such as Nada Yoga, Sound Meditation Design, and Akashic Healing Technique. I’ve also achieved Lemurian Reiki Master Attunement. My work is rooted in a profound connection with the crystalline realm, offering a unique approach to sound healing that emphasizes the sacred energies of crystals.

Integrating the sacred feminine energies of Lemuria, Venus, and the rose, my work invites students to embrace their feminine power through the transformative tools of sound, voice, and crystal frequencies. I currently divide my time between Florence, Italy, and San Pancho, Mexico, where I guide others on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment through sound healing and connection to the crystalline realm.
