I first started my spiritual journey at the age of 19 when I was initiated into Paramahansa Yoganda’s Kriya Yoga Lineage. I grew up in the USA, but I have been living in Italy since 2010.
I have always had a passion and love for crystals, and I decided to take my attraction these frequencies to another level with a crystal therapy master’s class with Caterina ‘Mouji’ Grazzini, where I discovered my love for crystal bowls. I took a sound healing course and got my first sound healing certification in Crystal Instruments. Soon after, I completed level one in Reiki Attunement. Reiki has been a key part of being a sound healer as it plays a key role in keeping me centered.
It was however, the discovery of the transformative power of the voice during a meditation that took my studies and healing to the next level. I was singing while meditating and playing the bowls and I found myself in complete ecstasy, with tears of joy streaming down my face.
After that moment, my life changed. I went on an even deeper mission to discover as much about the voice, sound and vibration as possible. I randomly signed up for a singing retreat with Nessi Gomez, and it was an activating experience, it got me out of my comfort zone and opened up my voice. After this I went on to do many trainings and workshops. In June 2022, I became a certified holistic voice healer and coach at the Harmonic Sounds Institute in Spain. Voice work and sound healing have been the most transformative tools in my life, and it brings me great joy to share this gift with others, finding peace and power through vibration.
Most recently, I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 in Akashic Healing Technique, a deep cellular healing modality that has been transmitted through my teacher, Caterina Mouji Grazzini.
Through all the work (which by the way, is never finished!), my life has transformed, and I have found a sense of deep peace inside my soul.

I currently spend my time between Florence, Italy and San Pancho, Mexico.
